A transfer of service can be submitted online and the following information will be required to complete the form: 

• Date of closing so that a final meter read can be completed.
• Water service account number.
• Forwarding address to send your final bill.
• New Owner(s) first and last name.
• New Owner email address (required for document routing and electronic signatures)
• In order to complete the transfer of service, the final bill must be paid in full, and the $40.00 transfer fee must be paid by the New Owner.
